About Laureate Medical Institute

LMI President/ CEO Ms. Carla Jones opened up a Certified Nurse Aide Training Program in 2002, formerly named Laureate Training Center, Inc. Laureate Medical Institute; (LMI) has been in existence for six years. LMI President/ CEO Ms. Carla Jones has a Medical work history of 20 years, with a current licensure for Nursing in the state of Georgia. Ms. Jones also has several years of experience in training and developing Medical Curriculum in conjunction with the National Health Care Career Association and the Georgia Health Partnership. Ms. Jones has served in nine Georgia Hospitals with experience in: Medical Surgery, Oncology, Renal, PACU, Neonatal and Geriatrics, spanning over twenty years.                                                    

In 2002 Ms. Jones decided to assist and train medical professionals to provide the excellent patient care that she was able to give during her years working in the healthcare industry. With focus on increasing patient recovery rates and overall health and wellness. Ms. Jones believes one can achieve a meaningful and successful life. To further advance medical students into the healthcare arena, the fundamental basics of healthcare must be the basis for exemplary care.
